Civil Aviation Act 2023

Monitoring, investigation, and enforcement - Enforceable undertakings

325: Notice of decision and reasons for decision

You could also call this:

"The Director must tell you their decision and why they made it when you make an enforceable undertaking."

Illustration for Civil Aviation Act 2023

When you want to make an enforceable undertaking, the Director has to tell you in writing about their decision. They have to say if they accept or reject your undertaking. They also have to give you the reasons for their decision. The Director then publishes their decision on the internet if they accept your undertaking, along with the reasons why they made that decision. You can find more information about this by looking at the relevant section of the previous law.
