454Consequences of appeal to District Court

  1. If an appeal to the District Court is lodged under section 453, pending the determination of the appeal,—

  2. every decision of the Director appealed against continues in force; and
    1. no person is excused from complying with any of the provisions of this Act on the ground that an appeal is pending.
