If you are found guilty of breaking this rule, you can be fined. As an individual, your fine can be up to $50,000. If you are not an individual, your fine can be up to $250,000, for more information you can visit the Civil Aviation Act related link. This rule is similar to a rule in the 2015 No 70 legislation.
