286Notice of entry

1. If an inspector enters an aviation place or a former aviation place under this Act and is unable, despite reasonable efforts, to find any person in charge, the inspector must before leaving the place leave a written notice stating—

2. the inspector's identity; and
3. the inspector's contact information; and
4. the date and time of entry; and
5. the inspector's reasons for entering.

6. In this section, contact information includes—

7. the name of the inspector; and
8. 1 or more of the following:
   1. telephone number:
   2. email address:
   3. physical or postal address.
