68: Procedures relating to rules made by Director

You could also call this:

"How the Director makes and shares emergency aviation rules"

When the Director makes an emergency rule, you need to know it must be signed by the Director. The rule must also say what it is trying to achieve and how much people were asked for their opinions under section 69. The rule must clearly state what you must do, except in some cases where information is included by referencing section 428.

The Director has to follow these steps when making emergency rules. You can find more information about how rules were made in the past by looking at the 1990 rules. The Director's rules are an important part of keeping people safe in aviation.
