Civil Aviation Act 2023

Aviation security - Designations and security checks - Security checks of persons

130: Consequences of final adverse security check determination

You could also call this:

"What happens if you fail a security check and lose special permissions"

If the Director makes a final decision that you are not secure, the Director must take some actions. The Director will cancel any special permissions you have if you need a good security check to get those permissions. The Director will also ask other groups to cancel any special permissions they gave you if you need a good security check for those permissions. You can see how this rule has changed over time by looking at the old rules.
