The Minister has to appoint one or more reviewers for up to three years. When the Minister does this, you can expect them to talk to the Director and other people they think are important before making a decision. 449Appointment of reviewer

  1. The Minister must—

  2. appoint 1 or more reviewers for a period of no longer than 3 years; and
    1. consult the Director, and other parties as the Minister thinks fit, before making an appointment; and
      1. take into account any representations made under paragraph (b).
        1. The Minister may renew an appointment made under subsection (1) for 1 or more periods, each of which must not exceed 3 years.

        2. If the Minister renews an appointment, the Minister must—
