171Obstruction or interference with aviation security dog

  1. A person commits an offence if the person—

  2. intentionally interferes with an aviation security dog; or
    1. does any act with the intention of impairing the effectiveness of an aviation security dog.
      1. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to a fine not exceeding $5,000, or both.
