177Application for licence

  1. An application for a licence under this Part must—

  2. be made to the Ministry; and
    1. be in the form (if any) that the Secretary requires; and
      1. include the information and documents—
        1. as may be required by the regulations; or
          1. that are specified by the Secretary.
