If you get an improvement notice or a non-disturbance notice, you must put a copy of it in a noticeable place at the aviation area that is affected by the notice. You have to do this as soon as you can, unless an inspector says you do not have to. You must leave the notice alone if it is already up and still applies. If you do not follow these rules, you can get in trouble and have to pay a fine, which can be up to $5,000 if you are an individual or up to $25,000 if you are another type of person.
