89: Director to notify CASA about New Zealand temporary stop notice

89Director to notify CASA about New Zealand temporary stop notice

  1. As soon as practicable after giving a New Zealand temporary stop notice to the holder of an Australian AOC with ANZA privileges, the Director must give CASA a copy of the notice and any other information that CASA may require.
