If you have an Australian Air Operator's Certificate with ANZA privileges, you can fly to, from, or within New Zealand. You need to give the Director a copy of your certificate and written notice of some details. These details include any conditions on your certificate, your address in Australia and New Zealand, and any other required information. You also need to agree in writing to let the Director ask the Australian authorities about your aviation activities.

You must tell the Director if any of your certificate details or other information change. You have 7 days to do this after the change happens. The Director needs to know about any alterations to your Australian Air Operator's Certificate with ANZA privileges.

You can look at the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to see how this rule has changed over time.
