"What a New Zealand temporary stop notice must include to keep air travel safe"

A New Zealand temporary stop notice tells you why the Director thinks there is a serious risk to civil aviation safety in New Zealand. It also tells you how long the holder of the Australian AOC with ANZA privileges must stop doing air operations in New Zealand. You can find more information about similar laws by looking at the Civil Aviation Act. If the notice does not include these details, it is still valid. The Director makes these decisions to keep people safe.
