30Use of words Aviation Security Service or AvSec

  1. No person other than AvSec may, either alone or with another person, be incorporated or registered under other legislation, trade or carry on business, or perform the functions for which it was formed—

  2. under a name that contains the words Aviation Security Service or AvSec; or
    1. under a name that so resembles the words Aviation Security Service or AvSec as to be likely to mislead.
      1. Subsection (1) does not apply to any person who is appropriately authorised by AvSec.
