192Carrying on scheduled international air service without licence or contrary to licence

  1. A person commits an offence if the person—

  2. carries on a scheduled international air service in New Zealand without a licence granted under this subpart; or
    1. is the holder of a licence granted under this subpart, and carries on a scheduled international air service in New Zealand in a manner contrary to the terms and conditions of the licence.
      1. A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—

      2. in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $30,000:
        1. in the case of any other person, to a fine not exceeding $200,000.
