208Emissions reports

  1. An eligible New Zealand operator must submit emissions reports to the Secretary.

  2. Each emissions report must—

  3. be submitted by the time specified in the regulations; and
    1. meet all other requirements of the regulations; and
      1. be verified in accordance with section 212.
