When a court makes certain orders, the court's Registrar must send details to the Director. You need to know that this includes orders that stop someone from getting an aviation document or add restrictions to one they already have. The Registrar must also send details of orders that remove a disqualification, like those made under section 348.

The Director must receive these details so they are aware of the orders. This helps the Director keep track of who can and cannot hold aviation documents. The court's Registrar is responsible for sending this information to the Director.
