The Minister can take actions related to authorisations, such as changing how long they last, changing or removing conditions, or cancelling them. You need to know that the Minister can make these changes to authorisations that were given for international aviation. The Minister can do this if the information used to give the authorisation was wrong, if something important has changed, or if someone did not follow the conditions of the authorisation.

The Minister must give people a chance to say what they think before making any changes to an authorisation. This means the Minister will listen to what you and others have to say before deciding what to do. The Minister has to think about what people say before making a decision about an authorisation.

The Minister is in charge of making sure authorisations are given and used correctly, and they have the power to make changes when necessary.
