213Secretary may request emissions information from New Zealand operator

  1. This section applies to a person who—

  2. is a New Zealand operator; and
    1. is not already complying with the other provisions of this subpart as an eligible New Zealand operator.
      1. The Secretary may request the emissions information prescribed in the regulations from any person to whom this section applies for the purpose of monitoring whether the person may be required to comply with the other requirements of this subpart.

      2. Any emissions information requested under subsection (2) must—

      3. be submitted by the time specified in the regulations or any other time that the Secretary specifies; and
        1. meet any other requirements of the regulations.
