215Eligible New Zealand operator may request that information be treated as confidential

  1. An eligible New Zealand operator may, when providing any information to the Secretary under this subpart,—

  2. state that the operator considers that—
    1. the whole or part of the information is confidential; and
      1. public disclosure of the information concerned would harm the operator’s commercial interests; and
      2. request that the information be treated as confidential.
        1. The eligible New Zealand operator must when making a request under subsection (1) include an explanation of the reasons why public disclosure of the information concerned would harm its commercial interests.
