134Aviation security service providers

  1. Aviation security services may be provided by—

  2. AvSec, at any security designated aerodrome or security designated navigation installation; or
    1. the operator of a security designated aerodrome or security designated navigation installation, at that aerodrome or navigation installation; or
      1. an airline, at a security designated aerodrome at which the airline is operating.
