95Duration of business licence

  1. A business licence comes into force on the date specified in the licence and, unless revoked or surrendered earlier,—

  2. expires 1 year from that date in the case of a licence issued to a person who—
    1. has never previously held a business licence; or
      1. has held a business licence for less than 2 years; or
        1. has surrendered, or has had revoked, a previous business licence in the last 2 years:
        2. expires 5 years from that date in any other case.
