350Failing to provide information to Arms Regulator

  1. A person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 if the person, without reasonable excuse, fails to provide information to the chief executive in accordance with section 349.

  2. A person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 2 years, or to a fine not exceeding $20,000, if the person—

  3. intentionally fails to provide information to the chief executive in accordance with section 349; or
    1. provides information to the chief executive for inclusion in the arms registry knowing the information to be false or misleading in a material respect.
