129Breach of conditions in sections 127 and 128

  1. The holder of a visitor licence who breaches a condition that their visitor licence is subject to under section 127 or 128 may—

  2. be issued with an improvement notice under section 181; or
    1. be issued with an infringement notice under section 276, if the breach is specified as an infringement offence in regulations; or
      1. have their visitor licence revoked under section 155.
