141Effect of expiry or surrender of business licence

  1. On the expiry or surrender of a business licence,—

  2. the licensed business ceases to be authorised to carry on any business activity; and
    1. an employee of the licensed business may not carry on or assist with the carrying on of any business activity for the licensed business; and
      1. the holder of the business licence must immediately surrender to the chief executive all records they are required by section 97 to keep that have not been entered in the registry.
