169Offence for curator to possess, display, or store arms item following expiry, surrender, or revocation of licence

  1. A curator whose curator licence has expired, or has been surrendered or revoked, may not possess, display, or store in a museum 1 or more classes of arms items.

  2. A curator commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years, or to a fine not exceeding $40,000, if the curator, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with subsection (1).
