Illustration for Arms Bill

If your firearms licence expires or you surrender it, you stop being allowed to have any arms items or ammunition that were covered by the licence. You must give any arms items or ammunition you have to an officer of the Arms Regulator if they ask you to. If you also have a business licence, it will be cancelled immediately if your firearms licence expires or is surrendered.
