171Application to be approved ammunition seller

  1. A person who does not hold a business licence may apply to be an approved ammunition seller if the person—

  2. intends to be responsible for the day-to-day management of a business that sells or supplies ammunition; and
    1. holds a firearms licence.
      1. An application for approval must be made to the chief executive in the prescribed manner and must—

      2. be in a form approved by the chief executive; and
        1. include the prescribed details (if any); and
          1. be supported by any information and documents that are prescribed; and
            1. be accompanied by the prescribed application fee (if any).
