301Functions of Arms Regulator

  1. The Arms Regulator has the following functions:

  2. to administer the regimes under this Act in respect of—
    1. firearms licences, business licences, curator licences, and museum worker licences:
      1. permits to import and permits to possess arms items, ammunition, and other items:
        1. endorsements in respect of pistols, restricted weapons, restricted firearms, and restricted magazines:
          1. approvals to manufacture arms items:
            1. approvals in respect of ammunition sellers:
              1. certificates of approval in respect of pistol shooting clubs:
                1. enrolments of non-pistol shooting clubs:
                  1. certifications of pistol shooting ranges:
