  1. Section 34(1)(b) does not apply to an individual who—

  2. is an employee specified in a multi-user agreement; and
    1. shares with other employees specified in that multi-user agreement the possession of 1 or more restricted magazines; and
      1. is in possession of the same restricted firearm for 7 days or less.
