You can apply for a curator licence if you are a museum curator and have a firearms licence. You need to meet these conditions to be eligible. The government is proposing to make this a new rule. You must apply to the chief executive in a specific way. Your application must be on an approved form and include certain details. These details include the museum's name and address, and the types of arms items you will have at the museum. Your application must also include any other required information and documents. You may need to pay a fee with your application. The government will decide if you can have a curator licence based on your application.
