155Revocation of visitor licence

  1. A visitor licence is immediately revoked if the holder of the licence becomes disqualified under section 122 from holding a visitor licence.

  2. A firearms licence may be revoked by the chief executive if, in the opinion of the chief executive, the holder of the visitor licence is not a fit and proper person to hold a visitor licence.
