101Issue of curator licence

  1. The chief executive may issue a curator licence to an applicant if the chief executive is satisfied that—

  2. the applicant—
    1. holds a firearms licence; and
      1. is a fit and proper person to possess, display, and store the class or classes of arms items specified in the application; and
      2. the museum specified in the application has secure storage facilities appropriate for the class or classes of arms items specified in the application.
        1. A curator licence authorises the licence holder to possess, display, and store 1 or more specified classes of arms items in a specified museum.

        2. A curator licence must bear an appropriate endorsement authorising the licence holder to possess, display, and store any of the following classes of arms items:
