Illustration for Arms Bill

If you want to sell or supply ammunition, you must be a licensed business or an approved ammunition seller. You can only sell or supply ammunition to someone who has a firearms licence. There may be other rules in this Act that change these requirements. If you break these rules without a good reason, you could go to prison for up to 2 years or get a fine of up to $20,000. You must follow these rules when selling or supplying ammunition. These rules apply to you if you are selling or supplying ammunition commercially. The rules about selling or supplying ammunition can be changed by other parts of this Act. You need to know about these changes if you sell or supply ammunition. These are the proposed rules for selling or supplying ammunition.
