377Review of this Act

  1. Before 31 December 2030, the responsible Minister must—

  2. review the operation of this Act; and
    1. consider whether amendments to this Act or any other enactments are necessary or desirable.
      1. The review must include reviewing—

      2. the operation of the arms registry; and
        1. all offences and penalties in this Act; and
          1. the impact of this Act.
            1. The responsible Minister must present a copy of the review to the House of Representatives.
