91Conditions of business licence: secure storage requirements

  1. A business licence is issued subject to the condition that the licensed business complies with all prescribed requirements relating to the secure storage of arms items.

  2. A licensed business that is an individual commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 1 year, or to a fine not exceeding $5,000, if the individual, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1).
