If you are an approved ammunition seller, this section applies to you if you break a condition of your approval. You must follow the conditions set out in sections like section 177. If you break these conditions, you might get an improvement notice or an infringement notice. If you get an infringement notice, it's because the breach is considered an offence in the regulations. You can also have your approval taken away under section 180. The rules say what happens if you break the conditions of your approval. You could be issued with a notice to fix the problem under section 181. This is one way you might be dealt with if you break the conditions of your approval. You should know what the conditions are to avoid getting into trouble.
