154Revocation of museum worker licence

  1. A museum worker licence is immediately revoked if—

  2. the licensed museum worker becomes disqualified under section 68 from holding a firearms licence; or
    1. the licensed museum worker ceases to work at the museum specified in their licence; or
      1. the museum specified in their licence no longer has a curator who holds a curator licence.
        1. A museum worker licence may be revoked by the chief executive if, in the opinion of the chief executive, the holder of the museum worker licence is not a fit and proper person to hold a firearms licence.
