  1. An employee of a licensed business may assist with the carrying on of a business activity in relation to any class of arms items if the employee holds a firearms licence.

  2. An employee of a licensed business commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 if the employee, without reasonable excuse, contravenes this subsection (1).
