Illustration for Arms Bill

If you have a business licence, it will be cancelled straight away if you have your firearms licence taken away. It will also be cancelled if you stop doing one or more of the business activities you are allowed to do under your licence. If you are a senior manager of a company that has a business licence and you stop being a senior manager, the business licence will be cancelled. You should also know that the chief executive can cancel a business licence at any time. The chief executive has the power to make this decision. This means your business licence can be revoked even if none of the other conditions are met.
