209Pistol shooting club must have certificate of approval

  1. A pistol shooting club must hold a certificate of approval issued by the chief executive.

  2. A person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, or to a fine not exceeding $10,000, if the person, without reasonable excuse, establishes or operates a pistol shooting club without the club holding a certificate of approval.
