You can only sell or supply a part of a restricted weapon to someone else if you meet certain rules. You must have a firearms licence that lets you possess a restricted weapon, or be a licensed business. The person you are selling or supplying to must also have a firearms licence that lets them possess a restricted weapon. If you break this rule without a good reason, you can be punished with up to 3 years in prison. This rule can be changed by other parts of the proposed law. You must follow this rule when selling or supplying parts of restricted weapons.
