94Breach of conditions in section 92 or 93

  1. A licensed business that breaches a condition that the senior manager’s business licence is subject to under section 92 or 93 may—

  2. be issued with an improvement notice under section 181; or
    1. be issued with a notice of suspension under section 145; or
      1. be issued with an infringement notice under section 276, if the breach is specified as an infringement offence in regulations; or
        1. have the senior manager’s business licence revoked under section 152.
