You can have a firearm, pistol, restricted item, or restricted weapon for a play, film, or TV show if you are allowed to have it under this proposed law. You must be allowed to have the item or be with someone who is allowed to have it. You can only have the item when you are filming or performing. You must not have any ammunition, except for blank ammunition, when you have the firearm, pistol, restricted item, or restricted weapon. This rule can be changed by other parts of the proposed law. You need to follow the rules in the proposed law when having these items for theatrical purposes.
