If you want to run a gun show, you might be able to use a different place of business. You will need to get consent from the chief executive to do this. 87Gun shows

  1. This section applies despite section 85.

  2. A business licence may, with the consent of the chief executive, apply from time to time, for a period not exceeding 5 days at any one time, in respect of a place of business other than the place of business specified in the business licence.

  3. The chief executive may give consent under subsection (2) only if satisfied—

  4. that the licensed business will, during the period in respect of which the consent is sought, use the place of business in respect of which the consent is sought only for the purposes of conducting a gun show; and
    1. that the security of the place of business in respect of which the consent is sought will be sufficient.
      1. Any consent given under subsection (2) may be given subject to any conditions specified by the chief executive.
