310Working arrangements between Arms Regulator and Police

  1. The Commissioner must provide the corporate services and support necessary to enable the Arms Regulator to carry out its functions, duties, and powers, except to the extent that any variation is agreed between the Commissioner and the chief executive.

  2. The chief executive and the Commissioner must—

  3. agree working arrangements between the Arms Regulator and the Police; and
    1. co-operate and collaborate with each other for the purposes of the working arrangements.
      1. The working arrangements must, without limitation,—

      2. set out the resources and administrative support that the Commissioner will provide to the Arms Regulator; and
        1. set out how costs will be shared between the Arms Regulator and the Police; and
          1. be published on—
            1. an internet site maintained by or on behalf of the Arms Regulator; and
              1. an internet site maintained by or on behalf of the Police.
