This page is about a bill. That means that it's not the law yet, but some people want it to be the law. It could change quickly, and some of the information is just a draft.

If a new law is passed, you will be allowed to have certain items like arms or ammunition if you are moving them as part of your job. You can have these items if you are a carrier, like a delivery company, and you are taking them from one place to another. This also applies to people who seize these items as part of their official job, like a police officer, as long as they are doing their job properly. If you work for a postal company, like a courier, you are also considered a carrier. This means you can have these items if you are moving them as part of your job. You must follow any rules or conditions that apply to having these items. You can have these items if you seize them as part of your job, and you are doing your official duties. This is part of a proposed new law, which is the Arms Bill. The proposed law says what you can and cannot do with certain items, like arms and ammunition.
