If you ask for a review of a decision about a firearms licence, a panel will look at it. They can choose to confirm or change the original decision. They can also add new conditions to your licence. When the panel makes a decision, the chief executive must tell you about it as soon as possible. They must explain what the decision is and why they made it. They must also tell you that you have the right to appeal against the decision under section 341. The original decision still applies until you are told about the panel's decision.
