53Prohibition on selling or supplying restricted ammunition

  1. A person may not sell or supply restricted ammunition.

  2. A person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years if the person, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1).
