287Protection of persons acting under authority of this Act

  1. No action, claim, or demand whatsoever shall lie or be made or allowed by or in favour of any person against the Crown, or any Minister of the Crown, or any person acting in good faith in the execution or intended execution of this Act, save only in respect of any compensation that is payable in accordance with the express provisions of this Act.
